A clear boundary
A dedicated Mac means its compute belongs to one customer for the rental term. OtterCo’s own workloads stay separate. You connect remotely; your desk keeps its elbow room.

A few useful details
That is the plan: one physical Mac assigned exclusively to one customer for the rental term. It is not shared GPU slices or token-metered compute. OtterCo support would operate only within agreed terms.
No. OtterCo Compute is in early access. We’re measuring demand and qualifying hardware, hosting, recovery, and operating arrangements. We haven’t announced a launch date.
Final rental pricing has not been approved. It will depend on the selected hardware and hosting arrangements. Joining the list is free and does not lock in a price.
You’re requesting launch updates and sharing your requirements. It is not a purchase, reservation, price guarantee, or availability commitment. We count your interest as verified after you confirm your email. Duplicate requests keep your original details unchanged.
We’re exploring permitted AI/local-model workflows alongside development, builds, creative work, and testing. Licensing and acceptable uses must be reviewed before launch. Model fit and performance depend on the chosen configuration and workload.
Use the removal link in your confirmation or update email, or your saved private receipt. Open it, then confirm removal to stop updates and remove the matching email and preferences. No account is needed; opening a link alone makes no changes. Operators can also handle verified removal requests.
OtterCo uses your email and the preferences you choose to understand demand and provide Compute launch updates. With your request, we save campaign tags, the referring site/path when available, and your reported landing time. We don’t store the referrer’s query or fragment. Short-lived, peppered network hashes help prevent spam. Access to entries is restricted to authorized operators.
You can remove your email and preferences using your private receipt. Early access is not a purchase, reservation, price guarantee, or availability commitment. When email is available, we send a confirmation request and, after you confirm, occasional Compute launch updates. Every email includes a removal link. Please keep passwords, access keys, and private data out of workflow notes.
We delete unconfirmed requests after 7 days and confirmed requests after 180 days from signup. Daily cleanup may take up to one additional day. Your name, preferences, optional notes and referral information are deleted with your request. Joining again while your request exists does not extend its retention period.
Used or expired confirmation-email records are cleared after 30 days, with up to one additional day for daily cleanup. Spam-prevention network hashes are kept for no more than 48 hours. Removal immediately deletes your active entry and its email records. Encrypted database backups may retain earlier copies for up to 30 days; we reconcile removals before restoring any records to active use.
For support or a lost removal link, email support@otterco.co. We acknowledge requests within two business days and complete verified manual removal requests within seven days. Your private removal link works immediately after you confirm removal.
